Conditions:

• programmer with years of experience or a designer with years of experience
• high school diploma / university degree
• English and/or German/Italian/French/Russian/Arabic
• at least 3 web sites applications/designs published and active (provide links in your application)
• desirable for developers: .NET, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, T-SQL knowledge
