My Post – a web application for the Croatian Post loyalty program

For Croatian Post, we developed the My Post web application, a central digital hub for the loyalty program designed to inform members, provide access to their user accounts, and display accumulated points, rewards, and benefits.

The project connected the program used across a wide network of post offices with a practical digital user experience. Members could check the most important information about the program online and access their data without needing to visit a post office.

Loyalty program also available online

My Post was a free loyalty program in which members collected points by using postal and financial services and by purchasing products in post offices.

Collected points could be exchanged for various benefits, products, and services, including postage stamps, contracted services of Croatian Post, and discounts for purchases in the Žuti klik online store. The program also included occasional promotional offers, additional discounts, and opportunities to earn more points.

The web application made it possible for information about these benefits to be consolidated, clearly presented, and available to users regardless of post office working hours.

User account and points overview

One of the most important features of the project was the protected user section. Program members could log in to their user accounts and check the status of accumulated points as well as available rewards and benefits.

The display was designed to immediately provide users with the information they most often came to the application for. Instead of searching for data in multiple places, the program status was available within a unified and recognizable interface.

The public content of the application and the data available after login were clearly separated. Before joining, visitors could learn about the program, while registered members, after logging in, gained access to information related to their membership.

Clear information about program benefits

In addition to the user account, the web application served as an information hub for the My Post program. In one place, users could find out how to join the program, how to collect points, and which benefits they could redeem them for.

Special offers, promotional activities, and program news could be regularly presented to members. In this way, the application simultaneously acted as a user portal and a communication channel from Croatian Post to members of the loyalty program.

A clear content structure was especially important due to the large number of users of different age groups and levels of digital experience. Therefore, the information was crafted and arranged so that users could quickly understand it and easily find what they needed.

Recognizable Croatian Post design

The visual solution of the application was aligned with the recognizable identity of Croatian Post and the My Post program. Colors, typography, graphic elements, and content organization created a clear continuity between the physical loyalty program card, communications in post offices, and the digital user experience.

Emphasis was placed on ease of use, data readability, and highlighting the most important user actions, such as logging in, viewing points, and finding current benefits.

Content management via Globaladmin

The web application content was managed through the Globaladmin system. Editors could update information about the program, publish news and benefits, and keep the content up to date without needing to modify the source code.

This approach enabled simpler day-to-day management of program communications and faster publication of information important to members. The system provided a stable foundation for connecting public content with the functionalities of the user portal.

Digital support for the loyalty program

My Post is an example of digitizing a program that connected a large number of users, a physical network of branches, and various services of Croatian Post. The web application provided members with an easier overview of points and rewards, and enabled Croatian Post to centrally present benefits and communicate with loyalty program users.

The My Post loyalty program ended on May 7, 2026, which is why the portal is no longer active. The project remains an example of developing a user-focused web application and digital support for a nationwide loyalty program.
